Behold: The Pacman Nebula

So I saw this a minute ago on APOD and FLIPPED out.

IT'S CALLED THE PACMAN NEBULA! TOTALLY GEEKOM!

LOVE IT.

Nebula's amaze me. I mean, they're hot, and full of radiation and the majority of the time are results of supernovas.

Supernova means a star exploded.

And 'nova' is Latin for 'new' because out of the exploded star's dust, new stars are formed.

God rocks my socks off.

What the Geekom kids are blogging about...

Hey all!

So I've been meaning to write up a brief post about what exactly this blog is about; and the answer to that is simple, and probably pretty easy to guess: Geekom.

Anything Geeky-awesome. Check the about us page.

So we're blogging about cool, geekom stuff. We'll be doing regular, run-o'-the-mill blog posts but also, *loud-speak-voice* GEEKOM CHALLENGES!

We're currently working on a super cool "Geekom Outfit" challenge... which should be interesting; since we're not even interested in clothing. O>o
